Overview
Adaptix is a marketing automation platform built around Contacts, Companies, Audience Segments, Landing Pages, Forms, and lifecycle Automations. It has no native deal pipeline or opportunity object, which means teams relying on Adaptix for sales tracking are managing Deals as contact properties or in external tools. Monday.com CRM adds a board-based Deal pipeline, Contact-to-Company linking, and Custom Objects on top of its work management foundation. We migrate the core contact and company records 1:1, reconstruct Deals from any Adaptix Deal properties or exported lists, and map Custom Properties to Monday.com custom fields or Tags. Automations, landing page connections, and AI send-time data do not migrate; we deliver documented inventories for manual rebuild. Timeline ranges from two to four weeks for straightforward contact and company migrations, extending to six to eight weeks when Deal reconstruction and custom object schema buildout are included.
Every standard and custom field arrives verified.
AI proposes the map; you confirm before any record moves.
Parent–child, lookups, and ownership stay linked.
Calls, emails, meetings — with original timestamps.
Documents, uploads, and inline notes move with the record.

Object mapping
Each row shows how a Adaptix object lands in monday CRM, including any object-level transformations, lookup resolution, or schema-design dependencies.
Typical mapping — final map is confirmed during the sample migration step.

Contact
monday CRM
Person (Contact)
1:1Adaptix Contacts map directly to Monday.com People records. Email, name, phone, and standard firmographic fields transfer 1:1. The Adaptix contact record is the primary unit of migration; we preserve all populated standard fields and flag custom properties for field-level mapping before import.
Adaptix
Company
monday CRM
Company
1:1Adaptix Company records map to Monday.com Company entities. We create Companies before importing People so that the Contact-to-Company link is satisfied at insert time. Domain from Adaptix becomes the Company website field and serves as the dedupe key.
Adaptix
Deal (property-based)
monday CRM
Item (Deal Board)
1:manyAdaptix has no native Deal object; any deal data stored as contact properties or in exported Deal lists is reconstructed as Monday.com Board items on a Deal pipeline board. Each Deal item links to the corresponding Person and Company. We require the customer to identify which contact properties contain deal name, amount, stage, and close date during discovery.
Adaptix
Custom Property (Contact)
monday CRM
Custom Field (People)
lossyAdaptix custom fields on Contacts map to Monday.com custom fields on People records. We pre-create the custom field schema in Monday.com before data import, matching Adaptix field types (text, number, date, checkbox, dropdown) to Monday.com field types. Fields without a direct Monday.com equivalent are flagged for customer review.
Adaptix
Custom Property (Company)
monday CRM
Custom Field (Company)
lossyAdaptix custom fields on Companies map to Monday.com custom fields on Company records, following the same pre-creation and type-mapping process as Contact custom fields.
Adaptix
Tag
monday CRM
Tag or Label
1:1Adaptix tags (used for audience segmentation) export as a per-contact tag list. We map tag assignments to Monday.com Labels or Tags on the Person record depending on the customer's chosen structure. If the customer uses tags for marketing segmentation only, we recommend rebuilding segments in Monday.com as filtered Group views rather than carrying tag logic directly.
Adaptix
Audience Segment
monday CRM
Board Group or Filter View
lossyAdaptix segments are filter-rule definitions that produce membership lists. We export segment definitions and membership counts, but the filter logic must be rebuilt as Monday.com Group filters or saved Filter views. We deliver a segment mapping document listing each Adaptix segment, its rule definition, and the equivalent Monday.com filter configuration.
Adaptix
Automation
monday CRM
Workflow (reference rebuild)
lossyAdaptix automation journeys are not exportable in machine-readable format. We document each automation as a step-by-step reference: trigger type, conditions, actions, and delays. Monday.com Workflows are rebuilt manually by the customer's team using the documented logic as a guide. We do not import or reproduce automation logic as executable code.

Gotchas + challenges
Platform-specific issues from each side, plus the pair-specific challenges that don't show up on either platform's page on its own.
Adaptix gotchas
Audience-based pricing means migration scoping counts every contact
Automation workflows are not exportable as executable logic
AI optimization data is not portable
Landing pages export as HTML but lose dynamic form connections
monday CRM gotchas
Subitems are not included in bulk exports
Daily API call limits vary sharply by plan
Legacy automations (Sentence Builder) are being deprecated
Excel and account exports only include table views
Enterprise admins can disable non-admin exports

Migration approach
Discovery and property audit
We audit the Adaptix account for total Contact count, Company count, custom properties on both objects, any exported Deal lists, audience segment definitions, tag usage, automation list, and landing page/form count. The property audit is critical because it identifies which contact fields contain deal data that requires reconstruction in Monday.com. We deliver a written migration inventory covering every object and field with record counts.
Monday.com CRM workspace setup
We configure the Monday.com CRM workspace before migration begins: creating the Deal pipeline board with the appropriate status groups, configuring custom fields on People and Company records to match Adaptix property types, setting up Labels for tag migration, and provisioning team members to match Adaptix owners. Monday.com custom object schema is created if the customer has product or subscription data that requires a custom record type beyond People and Companies.
Sandbox import and reconciliation
We run a test migration into a Monday.com workspace clone or shadow environment using a representative data sample. The customer reconciles record counts, spot-checks mapped field values, and confirms Deal board structure before production migration begins. Any field type mismatches or missing Monday.com field equivalents are resolved here. This step prevents corrections during production cutover.
Production migration in dependency order
We run production migration in this sequence: Companies (first, because People require a Company link), People (with custom fields resolved), Deal board Items (reconstructed from the identified contact properties or imported CSV), Tags/Labels (applied to People after import), and Custom Objects (last, with schema pre-created). Each phase emits a row-count reconciliation report before the next begins. Monday.com API batching applies throughout.
Cutover and automation rebuild handoff
We freeze Adaptix writes during cutover, run a final delta migration of any records modified during the migration window, then set Monday.com CRM as the system of record. We deliver the automation inventory document listing every Adaptix automation with its documented logic and recommended Monday.com Workflow equivalent. We support a three-day hypercare window for reconciliation issues. Workflow rebuild is not included in migration scope; it is handled by the customer's admin or a Monday.com partner.

Weaknesses
Complexity grading
Moderate CRM migration. 2 of 8 objects need a mapping; the rest are 1:1.
Overall complexity
Moderate migration
Derived from compatibility, mapping clarity, API constraints, and data volume across Adaptix and monday CRM.
Object compatibility
2 of 8 objects need a mapping; the rest are 1:1.
Field mapping clarity
Field mapping is derived from defaults — final spec confirmed during the sample migration.
Timeline complexity
8-object category — typical timelines run 2–7 days end-to-end.
API constraints
Adaptix: Adaptix references an API rate limiter in its documentation but does not publish specific thresholds. We assume typical SaaS limits (a few hundred requests per minute per tenant) and tune extraction concurrency against the customer's tier during scoping..
Data volume sensitivity
Adaptix doesn't expose a bulk API — REST + parallelization used for high-volume runs.
Estimator
Rule-based pricing — no per-record fees, no manual quotes. Migrations over 2M records are scoped individually.
