Why people choose Fello

The signal that keeps Fello on the shortlist. Sourced from G2, Capterra, and customer scoping calls.

Agents choose Fello because it turns a stagnant CRM database into a pipeline of actionable seller leads using AI scoring, without replacing the CRM they already use.

The bi-weekly Home Value Report keeps agents top-of-mind with their sphere automatically, reducing the manual outreach burden that causes most agents to ignore their database.

TCPA consent is built directly into Fello's outreach tools, giving agents confidence that their automated calls and texts are legally compliant without additional configuration.

Agents report that Fello integrates seamlessly with their existing CRM, adding AI capabilities on top of their current workflow rather than forcing them to learn a new system entirely.

Onboarding takes approximately two weeks with a dedicated Fello advisor who helps configure the account and align strategy before launch, reducing time-to-value.

Some agents outgrow Fello once their team scales beyond 10 seats, finding the platform better suited to individual agents and small teams than to larger brokerages.

The platform is narrowly scoped to real estate agent database prospecting, so teams seeking broader marketing automation or CRM capabilities eventually migrate to all-in-one platforms like HubSpot.

A subset of users find the lead score confidence misleading when high-scored contacts do not convert to listings, raising questions about the accuracy of the AI prioritization model.

Strengths, weaknesses, and where Fello fits

Grades across six dimensions, plus a SWOT-style view of where the platform shines and where it falls short.

SWOT — strengths, weaknesses, and use-case fit

Strengths

Generates seller leads from existing CRM contacts using AI scoring rather than requiring new lead acquisition.Built-in TCPA compliance for automated calling and texting reduces legal exposure for real estate agents.Seamless CRM integration layer means agents do not abandon their existing contact management workflow.High G2 rating (4.9/5) with 94% five-star reviews reflecting strong user satisfaction and ease of use.Two-week guided onboarding with a dedicated advisor reduces time from signup to first pipeline activity.

Weaknesses

No public API documentation found; all data export is CSV-based and requires manual download or export-job download link processing.Automation workflows cannot be transferred programmatically and must be manually rebuilt at the destination, per Fello's own support documentation.Narrowly scoped to real estate agent use cases; teams in other verticals have no path forward within the platform.Platform functions as a CRM overlay, so it has no value without an existing populated CRM database to enrich.

Where it works

Solo real estate agents or small teams of up to 10 seats who already maintain a populated CRM database of past clients and sphere contacts to mine for listing opportunities.US-based real estate agents subject to TCPA regulations who need built-in consent management for automated calling and texting outreach campaigns.Agents operating within a single-brand brokerage who want AI-driven lead scoring overlaid on their existing CRM without displacing their current contact management workflow.Real estate professionals with large dormant contact databases who lack the time or discipline to manually prioritize which past clients are likely to sell soon.

Where it struggles

Teams of more than 10 seats or mid-size brokerages requiring multi-user permissions, role-based access controls, and centralized reporting across agents.Agents or teams starting from scratch with an empty or minimally populated CRM, since Fello functions as an intelligence overlay requiring existing contact data to enrich.Organizations outside the real estate industry seeking broader marketing automation, lead management, or CRM capabilities beyond database prospecting.Teams that require programmatic data access via a public API or real-time integrations; Fello supports only CSV-based exports requiring manual processing.

What gets migrated

Fello object support

Object-by-object support for Fello migrations. Per-pair details surface during scoping.

Contacts

Fully supported

Contacts are the primary object in Fello. We export all standard contact fields plus Fello-enriched fields such as lead score, home equity estimate, and listing-intent probability. CSV export is available from the Contacts module with optional segment filtering.

Segments

Fully supported

Fello segments group contacts by behavioral or demographic criteria. We preserve segment names and the contact-to-segment membership mapping during export so the destination can reconstruct equivalent audience lists.

Lead Scores

Fully supported

Fello assigns a 0–100 lead score to each contact indicating seller likelihood. We export the raw score value and the last-updated timestamp so the destination can sort and prioritize contacts identically.

Home Value Reports

Mapping required

Home Value Reports are Fello-generated automated reports sent to contacts bi-weekly. The report content is stored in Fello; we export the report history as a data package but the actual rendered reports may need manual re-creation on the destination platform.

TCPA Consent Records

Mapping required

Fello captures proof of consent when contacts interact with Fello forms. We export consent timestamps and capture method. Consent records tied to Fello's internal form IDs must be mapped to equivalent consent mechanisms at the destination.

Automation Workflows

Mapping required

Fello's Smart Workflows and automations are platform-specific. Per Fello's own documentation, existing automations must be manually rebuilt on the new platform with support contact available. We document the full automation trigger/action inventory during scoping.

Landing Pages

Mapping required

Fello provides unlimited landing pages per tier. These are hosted on Fello's infrastructure. We export page content and structure as HTML but the pages themselves require re-publishing at the destination.

Widgets

Mapping required

Fello widgets are embeddable components tied to the Fello domain. We document widget configuration settings so the destination platform can implement equivalent embeddable lead-capture components.

Custom Brand Domain

Mapping required

Fello's Custom Brand Domain feature ties the platform's white-label interface to the user's domain. This DNS-level configuration does not migrate and must be reconfigured or decommissioned at the DNS provider.

Owner/User Assignment

Mapping required

Fello maps contacts to owner users via the AI-Powered Contact-to-Owner Match feature. We export the owner assignment but the matching logic is Fello-specific and must be re-established at the destination manually or via its own AI matching.
