Overview
Panacea is a procurement-centric CRM used by mid-market teams to manage vendor contacts, print-job records, pricing quotes, and purchase orders. Zoho CRM uses a conventional account-contact-deal model with Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Tasks, and Events as standard modules. These structures do not map 1:1 — Panacea vendors and job records collapse into Zoho Accounts and Deals, and Panacea custom fields must be recreated as Zoho custom fields. FlitStack AI extracts Panacea data via API or structured CSV export, transforms it to Zoho's module layout, and loads it through Zoho's Bulk API. Workflows, sequences, and print-quote automations in Panacea have no Zoho equivalent — we export those definitions as a rebuild reference for your Zoho admin. Attachments are re-uploaded to Zoho Files. The migration runs in a test-then-cutover sequence with a 24–48h delta pickup window to capture in-flight changes at go-live. FlitStack AI performs a pre-migration audit to identify missing required fields and duplicates, then generates a field mapping spreadsheet for your review. After loading, a reconciliation report compares record counts and field-level totals between Panacea and Zoho to confirm completeness. A final delta import captures any changes made in Panacea during the cutover window, and a rollback script is available if issues arise.
Every standard and custom field arrives verified.
AI proposes the map; you confirm before any record moves.
Parent–child, lookups, and ownership stay linked.
Calls, emails, meetings — with original timestamps.
Documents, uploads, and inline notes move with the record.

Object mapping
Each row shows how a Panacea object lands in Zoho CRM, including any object-level transformations, lookup resolution, or schema-design dependencies.
Typical mapping — final map is confirmed during the sample migration step.
Panacea
Vendor/Contact
Zoho CRM
Account + Contact
1:1Panacea vendors with company-level data map to Zoho Accounts. Panacea vendor contacts map to Zoho Contacts linked to the parent Account via Account Name lookup. If a Panacea vendor has no company name, it creates a Zoho Account named from the vendor contact name and the Contact links to it.
Panacea
Job Record
Zoho CRM
Deal
1:1Panacea job records map directly to Zoho Deals. Job name becomes Deal Name. Job status (Quote, In Progress, Completed, Invoiced) maps to Zoho Deal Stage via value-by-value mapping. Amount from the Panacea job price field maps to Deal Amount in Zoho.
Panacea
Supplier Interaction Log
Zoho CRM
Tasks + Notes
1:1Panacea's proof-upload and supplier communication logs map to Zoho Tasks (for actionable items) and Notes (for reference records). Task Subject carries the interaction type; Task Status and Due Date map from Panacea interaction timestamp and follow-up flag. This ensures all interactions are tracked and visible in Zoho.
Panacea
Quote/Price Record
Zoho CRM
Products + Quotes
many:1Panacea quote line items merge into Zoho Products for pricing catalogue alignment. The parent quote with pricing, validity date, and terms maps to Zoho Quotes, linked to the Deal. If Panacea tracks multiple quotes per job, each quote becomes a separate Zoho Quote record under the same Deal. During migration, FlitStack AI also maps any custom pricing tiers to Zoho Product Attributes, preserving discount structures and volume pricing rules.
Panacea
Purchase Order
Zoho CRM
Purchase Orders
1:1Panacea POs map to Zoho Purchase Orders module. PO number, supplier, line items, and total amount transfer directly. Zoho Purchase Orders are available from the Professional tier upward.
Panacea
Custom Fields (Vendor/Job)
Zoho CRM
Custom Fields
1:1Panacea custom fields on vendor and job records — such as supplier tier, proof-format preference, or job-type classification — are recreated as Zoho custom fields. Field types are matched (text → varchar, number → integer, currency → currency, date → date). Custom fields are registered in Zoho before migration data loads.
Panacea
Document/Attachment
Zoho CRM
Files
1:1Panacea proof PDFs, artwork files, and supplier documents attached to job records are re-uploaded to Zoho Files and attached to the corresponding Deal or Account record. Files over 25 MB are chunked or linked via URL reference where the source file is hosted externally.
Panacea
Workflow / Sequence
Zoho CRM
Blueprint
1:1Panacea workflow sequences for supplier proof approval, follow-up reminders, and quote-to-PO automation do not migrate. FlitStack AI exports Panacea workflow definitions as a structured reference document. Your Zoho admin uses that reference to rebuild equivalent logic in Zoho Blueprint, available from Zoho Professional tier.
Panacea
Report Configuration
Zoho CRM
Custom Reports
1:1Panacea report configurations — such as supplier cost variance, job profitability, and lead-to-close by channel — do not transfer. The underlying transactional data (Deals, Tasks, Products) migrates fully. Zoho Custom Reports are rebuilt from the migrated data; we deliver a report specification sheet listing each Panacea report and its Zoho equivalent.
Panacea
User / Owner
Zoho CRM
Users
1:1Panacea user accounts are resolved by email match against Zoho Users. Active Panacea users with email addresses get matched to existing Zoho users. Users without Zoho accounts are flagged before migration; your team either creates Zoho user licenses or assigns records to a fallback owner.
Panacea
System ID / External ID
Zoho CRM
Source_System_ID__c
1:1Panacea's internal record ID is stored as Source_System_ID__c on each migrated Zoho record. This field enables delta-run de-duplication, rollback targeting, and traceability back to the Panacea source system. It also facilitates data validation after migration, allowing you to cross-check record counts and identify any mapping discrepancies in downstream reports and integrations.
Panacea
Created Date / Modified Date
Zoho CRM
Original_Create_Date__c / Original_Modify_Date__c
1:1Zoho's CreatedDate and ModifiedDate are set at migration time. Panacea's original create and last-modified timestamps are preserved in custom datetime fields (Original_Create_Date__c and Original_Modify_Date__c) on each record for reporting continuity. These custom fields enable historical trend analysis, support audit requirements, and allow you to rebuild time-based reports such as monthly create rates or change frequency after the migration.

Gotchas + challenges
Platform-specific issues from each side, plus the pair-specific challenges that don't show up on either platform's page on its own.
Panacea gotchas
Unsubmitted EDI claims are dropped during version upgrades
Power management interruption can corrupt the conversion
Notification absence causes missed supplier responses
Large practice histories require 12-hour conversion windows
Reporting limitations require post-migration tooling
Zoho CRM gotchas
API access requires Professional tier or above
Subform fields do not export cleanly via CSV
API credit consumption is non-linear
Export download links expire in 7 days
Owner (User) assignments require pre-mapped user IDs
Pair-specific challenges
Migration approach
Discovery and data audit
FlitStack AI connects to Panacea via API using scoped read access and inventories all objects: vendor records, contacts, job records, interaction logs, quotes, purchase orders, custom fields, and attachments. We generate a Panacea schema report listing every field, data type, and non-null count. This audit identifies Panacea custom fields that need Zoho field registration and flags records with missing required fields before any migration script runs.
Create Zoho custom fields and layouts
Before data loads, FlitStack AI pre-registers every Panacea custom field in Zoho CRM as a custom field with the matching data type (text, number, currency, date, pick-list). We also create the necessary Zoho layouts for Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals to match your pipeline stages and assignment rules. Your Zoho admin approves the field list and layout assignments before migration data is committed.
Resolve owners and users by email
Resolve owners and users by email. Panacea user accounts are matched to Zoho Users by email address. FlitStack AI generates a user-resolution report listing matched users, users without Zoho accounts, and records assigned to a fallback owner. Your team either creates Zoho user licenses for unmatched Panacea users or confirms the fallback owner before the migration run commits any records. This step also verifies that each user's role and territory are assigned in Zoho, ensuring correct data visibility after migration.
Run a sample migration with field-level diff
A representative slice — typically 100–500 records spanning vendors, contacts, jobs, tasks, and purchase orders — migrates to a Zoho sandbox or staging environment first. FlitStack AI generates a field-level diff report comparing source Panacea values against Zoho destination values. You verify that supplier-tier pick-list values, job stage mappings, and file attachment URLs transferred correctly before the full run commits.
Cut over with delta-pickup window
The full migration runs against your live Zoho CRM environment. A 24–48h delta-pickup window captures any Panacea records created or modified during the cutover. All operations are logged to an audit trail. If reconciliation identifies missing records or incorrect mappings, FlitStack AI triggers a one-click rollback that removes migrated records and re-runs the affected module. Once validated, your team goes live in Zoho CRM and Panacea is decommissioned.
