Zoho CRM uses a conventional Lead → Contact → Account → Deal model with standard Stages, custom fields, and Blueprint process automation. We map REsimpli's property-level deals directly to Zoho Deals, preserving deal name, amount, stage, close date, and owner. AI-generated fields like LeadGrade and Speed-to-Lead timestamps migrate as custom fields since Zoho has no native equivalent. Engagement logs (calls, SMS, emails) map to Zoho Tasks with original timestamps and owners. We use Zoho CRM's Bulk Write API (up to 100 records per call) for large migrations, with Insert/Update operations consuming 1 credit per 10 records and Bulk Write Initialize at 500 credits per job. REsimpli's drip campaigns, voice sequences, and Dispo/D4D workflows have no Zoho equivalent and must be rebuilt manually in Zoho Blueprint or through workflow rules after migration.

Resolve owners and users by email match against Zoho CRM
REsimpli owner assignments are stored as user email addresses. We query the Zoho CRM Users API to retrieve all active users and match them against REsimpli owner emails. Records with matched owners assign correctly. Records with unmatched owners are flagged and assigned to a designated fallback Zoho user (or left unassigned pending manual resolution). No record migrates without a resolved owner or explicit fallback decision from your team.
Run sample migration with field-level diff before full cutover
A representative slice of 100–500 records spanning Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Engagement Logs migrates to a Zoho sandbox or staging environment. We generate a field-level diff report comparing source values against destination field contents. You verify LeadGrade score mapping, Dispo status pick-list values, Speed-to-Lead timestamps, and property field preservation. Deal pipeline-to-stage mapping is validated. The diff report is approved before we schedule the full migration run.
Execute full migration with delta-pickup and rollback readiness
