Candidates

Fully supported

Candidates are individual applicants tied to one or more Jobs. We map standard fields (name, email, phone, resume) and preserve application timestamps and status history across both Growth and Enterprise tiers.

Career Pages

Mapping required

Talent Connects generates hosted career pages from Job data. The career page template, branding settings, and URL structure do not export as structured data — we treat career page configuration as custom fields requiring manual reconfiguration at the destination.

User Accounts & Roles

Mapping required

Enterprise tier includes multi-level user permissions and role-based access. Growth tier is single-role. We map user records and role assignments, but permission granularity often requires manual review at the destination.

Interview Schedules

Talent Connects embeds calendar sync and a built-in live video interview platform per job. Interview records (date, attendees, outcome notes) are stored as activity records — we map these but cannot guarantee calendar event fidelity at the destination.
