Customer records in WorkWise store contact details, accounts receivable balances, and backlog references. We map these directly to the destination CRM or ERP's customer or account object, preserving the full address and pricing tier assignments.

Vendor master records include purchasing terms, AP balances, and lead times used in MRP calculations. We migrate Vendors as-is and recompute the supply-side of open POs in the destination system post-load.

Items carry complex attributes: stocking policies, stocking UOM vs. purchasing UOM, cost layers, revision control, and ECN-effective date fields. We handle unit-of-measure conversions and flag the ECN date logic for manual verification in the destination.

Sales Orders reference back to Customers and forward to Work Orders, with line-level pricing, promised dates, and status. Open orders transfer with current statuses; historical closed orders require a separate archive treatment.

Open POs carry vendor commitments and expected receipt dates. We map line items to the destination's PO structure, but destination-side receipt records must be reopened against the imported PO identifiers.

Work Orders tie to BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers, tracking planned vs. actual cost and completion. We transfer open Work Orders with their costing layers and flag any downstream closed records that require job-cost preservation.

Multi-level BOMs with revision control and ECN affectivity dates must be exploded and validated in the destination. Parent-component relationships require careful sequencing to avoid orphan components during the import.

Routings define the sequence of operations, work centers, and standard times used in scheduling. We map routing operations to the destination's equivalent scheduling entities, but destination-specific work-center calendars must be reconciled separately.

WorkWise supports unlimited locations and bins. We preserve the full location/bin hierarchy and on-hand quantities, including any negative-on-hand or consignment flags, and recalculate available-to-promise in the destination.

The GL structure includes department cost centers, fixed/variable cost flags, and inter-company segment codes used in job costing. We map accounts by segment code but flag any custom account assignments for review.

Employee records include payroll integration references, labor rates, and work-center assignments. We migrate the employee master and labor rates; payroll integration requires re-establishment with the destination payroll system.

Work Centers carry capacity, calendars, and cost rates used in CRP calculations. We transfer work-center definitions and their calendar schedules, but CRP capacity recomputation must run post-migration in the destination.

Quality management stores inspection results, compliance alerts, and traceability links to lots and Work Orders. We map inspection records and preserve the traceability chain, but destination-specific QC workflows must be reconfigured.

Job Cost tracks planned vs. actual at multiple levels — Employee, Work Center, Department, Labor/Operation, and Component Material. We transfer the cost ledger entries and flag the planned-vs-actual comparison records for destination-side reconciliation.

WorkWise stores documents within the application but there is no documented public API for bulk document export. Customers on cloud deployments may have file access through the database directly; on-premise customers can export via file system or database query before migration.
