Migrate your Zixflow data
AI-first multi-channel CRM platform combining marketing automation, messaging, and workflow orchestration under a unified workspace for small to mid-sized teams.

Why people choose Zixflow
The signal that keeps Zixflow on the shortlist. Sourced from G2, Capterra, and customer scoping calls.
Unified multi-channel inbox consolidates WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS responses into a single threaded view, eliminating the need for separate tools and reducing response latency for small support teams.
Contact storage carries no per-record charge — unlike competitors that bill per contact — making Zixflow cost-predictable for teams scaling from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of records.
Visual Flow builder enables non-technical users to construct automation sequences, lead scoring logic, and WhatsApp bots without writing code, directly inside the platform.
Data enrichment with verified email addresses and custom AI fields reduces manual prospecting time and improves contact quality at the point of import.
Marketing and sales stacks are not siloed — Contacts, Flows, and Inbox share the same data layer, enabling handoffs without third-party middleware.
Incoming messages occasionally fail to appear in the Inbox without explanation, creating gaps in customer conversation history that agents must manually investigate and reconstruct.
Email finder and validation accuracy is inconsistent — invalid or unfindable addresses still appear in enrichment results, requiring manual verification before outreach.
The per-message WhatsApp billing model introduced cost unpredictability after WhatsApp Business shifted from conversation-based to per-message pricing, catching volume senders off-guard.
Some legacy customers from the Sales Simplify era reported being unable to transfer their deal records after the platform rebranded, souring trust in long-term data portability.
The platform's small community footprint means limited third-party integrations and fewer peer resources compared to established CRM competitors.

Paid plans start at $39/month (annual) for Marketing Stack and $69/month (annual) for Business Stack, with additional users billed per seat. What gets migrated
Zixflow object support
Object-by-object support for Zixflow migrations. Per-pair details surface during scoping.
Contacts
Fully supportedContacts are the primary CRM object in Zixflow, stored within Collections. Standard fields (name, email, phone, custom fields) map cleanly via CSV import or API. We export all Contact records including custom field values at the field level.
Collections (Lists)
Fully supportedCollections are Zixflow's list/grouping construct for Contacts. We preserve which Contacts belong to which Collections during migration by generating a membership mapping table alongside the primary Contact export.
Custom Fields
Fully supportedZixflow supports custom fields on Contacts including AI-generated custom fields. These are documented in the schema and available via API. We map custom field definitions first, then populate field values during the Contact write phase at the destination.
Flows (Automations)
Mapping requiredFlows define automation logic including triggers, conditions, and actions. The workflow structure (node graph) does not transfer directly to non-Zixflow systems. We document each Flow's trigger conditions and action steps as structured metadata so they can be recreated manually at the destination.
Inbox Conversations
Mapping requiredInbox stores threaded message conversations across channels. Message content and timestamps migrate as structured activity logs, but the conversation threading model varies by channel. We flatten threads to ordered activity entries with channel metadata.
Forms
Mapping requiredForms are used for lead capture and data collection. Form definitions (field structure) and submission records migrate as Contact custom field values plus a Form submission log. The visual form builder layout does not carry over.
Analytics / Campaign Data
Not in this platformAnalytics data such as open rates, click rates, and delivery metrics are aggregated reporting outputs generated at query time. They are not stored as discrete records and cannot be exported as structured data. We do not migrate analytics summaries.
Messaging Credits (Wallet)
Not in this platformWhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS messaging credits are consumed from a wallet balance. This is a billing artifact with no data portability value. We do not migrate wallet balances — these reset to zero at the destination platform.
Automation Credits (Flow Credits)
Not in this platformFlow automation credits are a per-subscription allocation that controls how many workflow actions execute per month. Credits are non-transferable usage tokens. We do not migrate this allocation.
Users (Team Members)
Mapping requiredUser accounts in Zixflow represent seats. During migration we map Zixflow user records to destination user accounts, but role and permission structures must be recreated at the destination since Zixflow's role model is not directly exportable.
