Leads are a distinct object in ZeyOS's CRM module. Where the destination CRM has no separate Lead object, we merge Leads into Contacts and preserve lead-specific status fields as a custom Contact property.

Items

Fully supported

Items represent the inventory/product catalog with barcode, model, and custom fields. We map them to the destination's Products/Items object and preserve stock quantities from ZeyOS's automated inventory transaction logs.

Projects

Fully supported

Projects in ZeyOS Groupware contain Tasks, subtasks, and time entries. We map Projects as the top-level container and roll up child Tasks and time tracking data to the destination PM tool's equivalent structure.

Tasks

Fully supported

Tasks belong to Projects and can have assignees, due dates, and status. We map them to the destination's Task object, preserving the parent-Project linkage and any custom workflow flags.

Tickets

Tickets are ZeyOS's Helpdesk object with email integration and subject-line ticket-number association. We map them to the destination's Tickets/Cases and preserve conversations, attachments, and custom ticket fields.

Contracts

Mapping required

Contracts represent subscription or service agreements tied to Accounts. We map the contract metadata and link it to the parent Account, but contract-specific terms and renewal rules may require manual review at the destination.

Documents

Mapping required

Files are stored in the files table with a record FK (for record attachments) or comment FK (for comment attachments). We export them by downloading binary blobs from the REST API and re-uploading to the destination, preserving MIME type and filename.

Users

Fully supported

Users represent ZeyOS team members who own records, create files, and track time. We map them to Owners/Users in the destination CRM and flag inactive users for post-migration deactivation review.

Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, Invoices

Mapping required

These five financial objects form ZeyOS's billing pipeline. Invoices are audit-proof — once booked, they cannot be edited or deleted via the API. We preserve their read-only state and import them in chronological sequence to maintain ledger integrity.

Time Entries
