We sequence the migration to respect Pipedrive's dependency model: Organizations load first, then People with Organization assignments, then Deals with Person and Organization lookups. Activities attach to their parent records after the parent entities exist in Pipedrive. Owner resolution happens during each phase by email match. Migration runs in batches to stay within Pipedrive's API rate limits (500 requests per minute per token).

A representative sample (typically 100-500 records across all object types) migrates first. We generate a field-level diff comparing source values against destination values, verifying custom field mapping, stage assignment, owner resolution, and timestamp preservation. Full migration runs against Pipedrive. A 24-48 hour delta pickup window captures any records created or modified in Sentian Solutions during the cutover period so Pipedrive reflects the final state at go-live.
