Migrate your NextCRM data

NextCRM preserves every contact along with custom field values during import. We map contact records directly and verify record counts match between source and destination during migration.

Tags are preserved through migration using intelligent field mapping. We ensure tag assignments are transferred as-is without re-tagging required at the destination.

List membership and Advanced Segmentation rules transfer with contact records. Where segmentation logic cannot map 1:1, we document the source logic for manual recreation.

Custom field definitions and their values migrate alongside contacts. We map custom field types to their nearest equivalents at the destination platform.

Automation workflows built with the Visual Automation Builder do not export directly. We extract the structure and logic from each workflow and provide documentation for manual recreation at the destination. Active campaigns continue running in the source platform during cutover.

The open-source nextcrm-app includes a full invoicing module with Invoice, Credit Note, Proforma, and Receipt types. Invoice series, line items, and tax engine data require field-level mapping to the destination's invoice schema.

Project management is part of the open-source edition. Project records, task assignments, and status fields migrate but may require schema mapping depending on the destination platform.

Document storage attachments link to records. We migrate document metadata and file references; actual file storage depends on whether documents are hosted within NextCRM or linked externally.

Campaign records transfer but active sends must be paused during migration. We preserve campaign structure and audience lists so campaigns can be re-created and resumed at the destination.

Email sequences and follow-up automations are tied to the Visual Automation Builder and do not export. We document sequence logic for manual rebuild at the destination.
