Dibcase Legal Case Management is a cloud platform built for Social Security disability practitioners, centering the workflow around a Client-Matter model with SSA-specific fields, integrated form templates, and ERE connectivity. The two platforms share a relational object model — contacts, companies, activities, files — but the data shapes differ materially. Dibcase's matter-centric structure has no direct equivalent in Nutshell's deal pipeline, and Dibcase's legal-specific custom fields (representation status, SSA stage, appeal denial flags, representation fee tracking) require Nutshell custom fields. We migrate Clients → People, Matters → Deals, and all Dibcase custom fields onto their Nutshell equivalents. SSA form templates, document merge workflows, and ERE automation do not have Nutshell equivalents — we export those configurations as a rebuild reference for your team. Migration runs via Nutshell's JSON-RPC API with scoped read access on Dibcase, so your team keeps working during the cutover window.

Based on the Dibcase field inventory, we generate a Nutshell custom field creation plan for your Nutshell admin to execute before data loads. Object sequence respects Nutshell's foreign-key dependencies: Companies load first, then People with Company links, then Leads, then Deals with Person and Company links, then Tasks, then Files. A delta-pickup window (typically 24–48 hours) captures any Dibcase records modified during the cutover. All operations are logged in an audit trail; one-click rollback is available if reconciliation fails. We deliver a final reconciliation report comparing Dibcase record counts to Nutshell record counts by object type.
