No Deal or Activity lands in Pipedrive without an assigned owner. We validate each email address against the Pipedrive user directory during extraction.
Run a sample migration with field-level diff across a representative slice
We extract a representative slice from Aderant Expert Sierra — typically 200–500 records spanning clients, contacts, matters, and activities — and load it into a Pipedrive sandbox or the live account in test mode. The field-level diff compares source values against destination field values, flagging any truncation (Pipedrive text fields have character limits), value-mapping mismatches, and owner resolution failures before the full migration commits.
