Why people choose LeadPrime

The signal that keeps LeadPrime on the shortlist. Sourced from G2, Capterra, and customer scoping calls.

Lead distribution rules are highly configurable without code, allowing teams to route by territory, seniority, daily caps, or a bucket-style blind round-robin.

Credit-based pricing model lets SMBs start free and scale up, with monthly, quarterly, and annual billing flexibility across all paid tiers.

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator integration syncs contact profiles directly into the CRM, reducing manual data entry for outbound sales teams.

Waterfall enrichment across 20+ vendors gives teams verified emails and phone numbers on leads without leaving the platform.

Mobile CRM access allows field sales teams to capture and manage leads from any device in real time.

Credit-based model can unexpectedly throttle outreach when teams hit Lead Finder limits mid-campaign and the next billing cycle is days away.

Teams that outgrow basic lead distribution often find the platform lacks advanced deal management, forecasting, and revenue operations features.

Limited public API documentation makes deep integrations and automated workflows difficult to build, pushing technically ambitious teams toward alternatives.

Where it works

Small to mid-market sales teams (5–50 reps) that need configurable Round Robin, Shark Tank, or territory-based lead routing without custom development.SMBs on a tight budget that want to start on a free plan and scale incrementally with flexible monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.Outbound sales teams already using LinkedIn or Sales Navigator who want to import contact profiles directly without manual data entry.Field sales teams operating across multiple locations that need mobile access to capture, route, and manage leads in real time.Teams requiring lead enrichment with verified emails and phone numbers sourced from 20+ vendors through a single waterfall integration.

Where it struggles

Teams that have outgrown basic lead distribution and need advanced deal management, revenue forecasting, or pipeline analytics features.Organizations requiring deep integrations with ERPs, marketing automation platforms, or custom applications that depend on comprehensive API access.Companies with complex revenue operations workflows that require custom field configurations, automated multi-step actions, and conditional logic.Large enterprises or high-volume sales operations that generate leads at a rate exceeding what the credit-based pricing model can sustain affordably.Teams needing reliable bulk export capabilities for compliance reporting, audits, or migrations to a more full-featured CRM platform.

Pricing tiers

LeadPrime pricing overview

LeadPrime uses a credit-based subscription model with four tiers ranging from free to $69.95/month. All paid tiers offer monthly, quarterly, and annual billing with cost savings on longer terms. Credits fund lead enrichment, email verification, and phone lookups rather than per-seat or per-record billing.

What gets migrated

LeadPrime object support

Object-by-object support for LeadPrime migrations. Per-pair details surface during scoping.

Leads

Fully supported

Leads is the core object in LeadPrime. Standard fields (name, email, phone, source) are well-defined. All migration paths preserve the lead record with its current status, owner assignment, and creation timestamp.

Contacts

Fully supported

Contacts are associated to Leads in the standard CRM model. Where a lead converts, we migrate both the contact record and the conversion linkage so history is not orphaned.

Companies

Fully supported

Company records are supported as a separate object and linked to Contacts. We preserve company name, industry, size, address, and any custom properties on the account.

Users

Fully supported

User records represent sales reps, admins, and managers. We map each user to their corresponding owner in the destination CRM and preserve active/inactive status and role assignments.

Lead Distribution Rules

Mapping required

LeadPrime's Round Robin, Blind, Shark Tank, and Hybrid distribution rules are stored as configuration rather than as records. We export the rule definitions and reapply them in the destination, but logic may differ between platforms since distribution engines vary.

Custom Fields

Mapping required

Custom fields on Leads, Contacts, and Companies are supported but the schema is per-organization. We read the full field list during scoping, map each to an equivalent in the destination, and flag any fields with unsupported data types.

Tags

Mapping required

Tags are flat label structures applied across records. We migrate all tag assignments per contact or lead. Where the destination uses a hierarchical taxonomy or a different labeling system, we flatten or map accordingly.

Pipelines

Fully supported

LeadPrime supports multiple pipelines with custom stage names and ordering. We export the full pipeline topology and recreate it in the destination with stage names and sequence preserved.

Pipeline Stages

Fully supported

Each Pipeline contains named stages with optional stage-specific routing triggers. We map each stage 1:1 into the destination pipeline and flag any automation rules that reference stages by name.

Activities

Mapping required

Calls, emails, and notes logged against leads or contacts are migrated as activity records. Where the destination uses a different activity object model, we merge into a generic activity log with type metadata preserved.

Lead Finder Credits

Not in this platform

Lead Finder Credits are a billing artifact tied to the LeadPrime credit economy. They do not represent actual contact records and are not migratable. We confirm the credit balance at cutover and advise the customer to export credit purchase history separately for billing reconciliation.
