Gauss Box ERP stores account structures within the accounting module. We map the account hierarchy to the destination's chart, flagging inactive accounts and preserving account codes used in JOPPD payroll reporting.

The Contacts module handles both customer and vendor records with unlimited contacts. We separate these by type, map to destination Customers/Vendors objects, and preserve any custom attribute fields.

Gauss Box uses Items for inventory and product records. We map SKUs, units of measure, and pricing tiers, flagging duplicate SKUs and naming inconsistencies that commonly accumulate in ERP systems over time.

Work Orders flow from planning through tracking to invoicing in a single loop. We migrate Work Order records with status, line items, and assignment data. Custom fields added via Attribute Sets are mapped individually.

Projects and Tasks include activity logs, collaboration features, and subtask hierarchies. We map project timelines, assignees, and task statuses directly, preserving the activity log as a comment thread in the destination system.

Equipment management supports QR code assignment and warehouse organization. We map equipment records with QR identifiers, assigned users, and location data.
