Overview
Lime CRM stores data across Persons, Organizations, Deals, and custom LISA-configured fields with flexible multi-pipeline support. HubSpot uses Contacts, Companies, Deals, and a property-based data model that requires custom properties for non-standard fields. We extract Lime's full object graph via the Lime API, map each object type to its HubSpot equivalent, handle the LISA custom-field migration as HubSpot custom properties (which requires HubSpot Enterprise for custom objects), and sequence the import to respect HubSpot's association dependencies. Lime workflows, automations, document templates, and the LISA configurator itself do not transfer — those are configuration artifacts that must be rebuilt in HubSpot's workflow builder and settings. We deliver an export of Lime's workflow definitions as a rebuild reference for your HubSpot admin. Owner resolution uses email-based matching: each Lime user gets matched to a HubSpot user by email address before migration commits. The import runs in stages — Organizations first, then Persons, then Deals and Tickets — so foreign-key relationships resolve correctly in HubSpot. A delta-pickup window captures any records modified in Lime during the cutover window.

Create HubSpot property schema from Lime LISA configuration

Sequence data import respecting HubSpot association dependencies
HubSpot requires Companies to exist before Contacts can associate to them (via associatedCompanyid), and Contacts before Deals can link via contactassociations. We sequence the migration: Organizations → Companies first, then Persons → Contacts, then Deals → Deals with contact associations, then Tickets. Lime deal items are staged for Product creation in HubSpot before deal import runs. Custom LISA fields are staged to load after standard fields validate cleanly.
Run sample migration with field-level diff
A representative slice — typically 100–500 records spanning contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and activities — migrates first. We generate a field-level diff between the Lime source record and the HubSpot destination record so you can verify that LISA custom fields mapped correctly, pipeline-to-pipeline transformation produced the expected stage values, and owner resolution assigned records to the correct HubSpot users.
